I have a new friend! Her name is Jamie. She is nice and sweet but, it is hard to make her, and me, talk! I stared at her and she stared at me. I finally gathered my courage and talked to her. I asked some ordinary questions a senior would ask.

Me: What's your name?
Jamie: Uhm, Jamie..
Me: Oh. When is your birthday? I'm really curious to know!
Jamie: September 3rd 1998. Yours..?
Me: Oh, bother! 8 April 1998! Did you transfer school or class only?
Jamie: Class. I'm a senior about school but junior about this class. I come from 4 Integrity.
Me: Oh! Isn't that the last class? You must be clever! Getting transfered to top class!
Jamie: Eeh, no way! I'm average!
Me: How humble of you!

Me: Shall we declare friends?
Jamie: Yeah!!!

That was the end of our conversation. She IS humble isn't she? She always have! Now, I'm good friends with her as my old friends, doesn't seem to bother anymore. It's hurtful not to be bothered but, since there's a new friend, my empty heart closed! She is a wonderful friend!

I made an appointment with her for tomorrow. Canteen, 9:30, we'll eat our food together and have a tour around the gym. She said yes so, I'd better come to school! No skipping!

Sometimes, I bring my schoolwork to the canteen to do. When I am stuck at some complicated questions, I am not shy to ask Jamie. She'll teach me like she always have. Soemtimes, we joke and laugh our heads off! (Especially me, I'm an 'Aqilah Hyena..) When she's in pain, I help her out. When I am in pain, she helps me out.

Too bad she's sitting far away from me in class. That dissolves abit of our friendship. Even if she doesn't think I am her whatever, I'll still be her friends! Did I mention that Jamie is wonderful..??
